I like to build stuff and do startups. I find building and scaling zero to one solutions to opportunities deeply gratifying. I recently took a break from my career to put my life back in order before I go all in. I continue to explore interesting opportunities and problems that need to be solved to bring an impact in our society. I’ve particular interest in health & fitness and love working on projects that could solve for sustaining peak health and longevity. I am also exploring content creation and podcasting as a side project.
Why I did it
I didn't like the life I was living. I had a pretty screwed up lifestyle. I was obese, had trouble with my sleep, skin issues, serious food intolerances, felt irritated at the drop of a hat, fatigued and depressed. Life was headed nowhere!
I realized the only thing that was stopping me from living the kind of life I wanted was me. As soon as I turned 25 I decided to turn things around. I started to put my life back in ordered. Six months in, I have seen some incredible progress and still on the pathway to my optimum. Nevertheless, I am immensely happy about what I could do and feel constantly motivated to push my envelope.
Optimizing my Health
How I did it
Boy! I tried so many things! I used to eat one meal a day and feel groggy for the rest. My body used to crash. I started to look for the most optimal and sustainable way to go about this. I took a biomarker test and reached out to doctors in my circle. I had few health parameters to be taken care of. I decided to go about it one by one. I paid attention to my sleep, food, work, activity and mind. With proper food and supplementation, coupled with mindful activity, it happened. It reaped huge results for me! 6 months later, I am in a much better position physically and most importantly, mentally.

Good health isn't a goal. It lies in sustenance. It encompasses various facets like nutrition, sleep, work, mind & and directly impacts the quality of life we lead. As we age, it becomes even more important to pay attention to our health. Shifting to proactive care is inevitable.
As humans, we want to do more, be more. This is possible only when we have a sound body and mind.
Peak health should be sustainable with minimal efforts.
My Side Quests
Monk
Monk Fruit was the answer to my search of finding a healthier alternative to sugar. I am a sweet tooth and crave desserts. Though satisfying, I discovered how unhealthy sugar could be in the long run and wanted to replace it with something safe and superior. I happened to stumble upon Monk Fruit - nature's sweetest secret and it was an instant hit with me with 0 calories and no aftertaste. Looking beyond, there wasn't any good commercial brand. So I decided to start my own!
Paper Planes
As an early stage entrepreneur, we learn to dabble with ambiguity and uncertainty on a daily basis. I started Paper Planes as a freelance consulting to aid first time entrepreneurs navigate through 0 to 1 problems, build hypotheses, test them out and set up pieces of business in oblivion.

VYBN APPARELS
When I figured supply chain wasn't my calling and I wanted to do bigger things in life, I took a pause from corporate, came back to Chennai, to work on my idea, 'Dumbel', a gym aggregator platform. Faltering its fruition due to lack of resources, I understood that I needed to learn. At the same time, I stumbled upon this opportunity where my friend was starting his own streetwear clothing brands, I immediately took up the gig to develop my understanding on marketing, operations and strategy.

Flipkart
Starting my work even before I graduated amidst the pandemic, my experience at Flipkart was an important phase of my life. Moving to a new city, learning a new language, learning to cook, losing some important people in my life, handling 200 blue collars from all corners of the country, 12-hour works shifts - the transition from a happy-go-lucky college life to a demanding corporate life wasn't easy, but necessary. It finally knocked some senses onto me.

I was a member of AUSEC for the final couple of years at college and this is where I found my passion towards entrepreneurship, venture creation and start-ups. I was elected as the Head of Operations for the club in my final year where I led a core team of 15+.
